How to Receive Tickets
AnyPASS" dedicated smartphone application
*A smartphone that is compatible with the "AnyPASS" smartphone application is required to receive the order.
*Tickets can only be picked up at the terminal with the cell phone number registered in the cell phone number field of the customer information when applying.
Please do not change/cancel your cell phone number until the performance date as you will not be able to receive tickets with another cell phone number.
There is no problem to change the phone model with the same phone number.
*Please use AnyPASS to distribute tickets to accompanying persons in advance, as each person is required to bring one ticket for admission to this performance.
When your companion receives the ticket, he/she will also need to download and register (free of charge) AnyPASS. When applying, please make sure that all participants in the event have a smartphone that is compatible with the following OS and SMS authentication.
*If you purchase multiple tickets for the same performance date under the same name and phone number, one ticket will always remain in the possession of each purchaser. The remaining tickets can only be used by the purchaser.
Please note that another person will not be allowed to use or enter.
*Only if the accompanying person is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone, he/she will be required to present an ID card and provide his/her name and contact information on the day of the performance before entering the venue.

What is SMS authentication? SMS authentication (login with cell phone number) is a personal authentication mechanism that utilizes SMS (short message service).

During the performance, it is prohibited to leave your seat, rush to the front, or lean forward to get close to other audience members in front of, behind, or to the left or right of you.
After the show, in order to avoid crowding at the exits, we will have a regulated exit, so please remain seated and wait until instructed by an attendant.
When coming to the venue, please go directly to the venue when leaving after the performance.
Please check the announcement in the venue on the day of each performance.

■Flow of Entry ■
(i)A digital medical questionnaire will be displayed on the AnyPASS of the purchaser and the accompanying person who has received a ticket allocation two hours prior to the opening time on the day of each performance.
If you have not answered the QR code, the QR code will not be displayed. Please make sure to register your AnyPASS, distribute the QR code to your companion, and answer the medical questionnaire in advance of your visit.
(2)Guests with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will have their temperature checked again during the medical check, and may be denied entry depending on the nurse's judgment.
(iii)We will confirm your digital ticket. You will be asked to hold the QR code over the terminal yourself.

■To our visitors
Those who have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for novel coronavirus infection, or those who have visited a country or region where the government has placed restrictions on entry or required a period of observation after entry within the past two weeks, or those who have been in close contact with a person living in such a country or region, are advised not to come to the exhibition.
Please refrain from coming to the hospital if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge/nasal obstruction, taste or smell disorder, eye pain or conjunctival redness, headache, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, or nausea/vomiting. Alcohol consumption may cause an increase in body temperature. Please refrain from drinking alcohol prior to your visit. In any case, please understand that admission will be denied to those with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
Masks are required for all visitors and will not be permitted to enter the venue without wearing a mask. Please be sure to bring your own mask.
When entering the building, be sure to disinfect your hands with the disinfectant solution provided.
● It is acceptable to sing or cheer loudly enough to converse with the person next to you, provided that you wear a mask. It is also acceptable to temporarily raise your voice loudly in response to the appearance of performers, calls, fan service, production effects, etc. However, please refrain from singing or cheering continuously at a volume that may disturb the surrounding audience.
Please refrain from moving seats unnecessarily, touching each other, or lending or borrowing items during the performance.
We ask for your cooperation in observing cough etiquette and refraining from conversation in the auditorium and lobby.
Please be advised that our staff will ask you to leave the venue if you appear to be in poor physical condition. Please be advised that you may not be allowed to enter the venue depending on the situation.
Please note that personal information obtained at the time of purchase may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary to trace the route of infection in the event of an outbreak of new coronavirus infection.

■This performance's approach ■
●Tickets for this performance will be handled mainly by digital tickets (AnyPASS). Please operate your smart phone by yourself under the instruction of the staff when entering the venue.
We will also make every effort to ensure that all performers wear masks, wash their hands frequently, disinfect their fingers, and take their temperatures to maintain good health.
We will thoroughly disinfect handrails, doorknobs, and other areas in the venue that can be touched.
We will ensure that the venue is well ventilated.
The distance between the stage and the audience will be kept at a sufficient distance.
In areas where face-to-face contact with visitors is required, acrylic panels or transparent vinyl curtains are installed to prevent droplet infection.
Disinfectant solution will be placed at various locations in the venue.
Information boards on infection prevention will be set up and patrolling staff will call out for infection prevention.
The smoking area in the venue will be closed.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the venue, nor may anyone be under the influence of alcohol.
We recommend that merchandise and CDs/DVDs be purchased from official websites to prevent infection. If it is deemed possible to sell merchandise and CDs/DVDs inside and outside the venue, we will take measures to prevent droplet infection by setting up a line-up and clear plastic curtains to prevent crowding.
We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for the performers. Please understand that we will refuse them if they reach the venue.
● Pregnant women, people who may become pregnant, people with pre-existing or underlying medical conditions, people who have difficulty acting alone, etc. Please consider coming to the event based on your own judgment, putting the safety of yourself and those involved first.
If you have a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will be asked to return to the designated waiting area to take your temperature, and if there is no change in your temperature, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
If there is a high risk of infection in the venue, such as close proximity of customers, our staff may ask for your cooperation.

■Infectious disease control measures for staff and performers
All staff and related personnel will be subjected to temperature and health checks.
If a person is confirmed to have a fever or other health condition, he/she will not be assigned to the work.
To prevent droplet infection, we recommend the use of masks and face shields.
Hand sanitizer will be performed frequently when entering the venue, etc.
