If you apply for and win the upgrade lottery, you will be charged 20,300 yen (including tax) per ticket for the difference.

*Children over 3 years old are charged. Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge only if they are viewing on their knees. (However, if a seat is required, a fee will be charged.)
*For wheelchair users, please contact the performance contact after purchasing your ticket and before the day of the performance to ensure smooth access to your seat. Please refer to FAQ for details.

How to receive your ticket
AnyPASS" dedicated smartphone application
*A smartphone that is compatible with the "AnyPASS" smartphone application is required to receive the order.
Only the terminal with the cell phone number registered in the cell phone number (AnyPASS ticketing) field of the customer information when purchasing "General Reserved Seats" will be able to receive tickets. (Ticket information is tied to the cell phone number at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change/cancel your cell phone number until the performance date, as you will not be able to receive tickets on a device with another cell phone number. Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the performance date.
*Please use "AnyPASS" to distribute tickets to accompanying persons as each person is required to bring one ticket for admission to this performance.
Please note that tickets for the applicant's portion of the event cannot be distributed or transferred to another person.
When the accompanying person receives the ticket, the accompanying person must also download "AnyPASS" and register (free of charge) to use the service.
