The song "SUPER IDOL" by SKY-HI and Nissy, which was performed live for the first time at "D.U.N.K. Showcase in KYOCERA DOME OSAKA" on December 2 and 3 at Kyocera Dome and premiered on terrestrial air at Nittele's music festival "Best Artist 2023" on December 2, has created a great buzz. The song "SUPER IDOL" by SKY-HI and Nissy will be released on December 4 (Mon.).
SKY-HI, celebrating the 10th anniversary of his major label debut, and Nissy, celebrating the 10th anniversary of his solo career, continue to lead the Japanese dance and vocal scene in completely different ways with their outstanding skills and performances, creating and destroying conventional values to create a different and ultimate idol song.
The song, produced by SKY-HI, Nissy, and INIMI members MONJOE, LOAR, and SUNNY, starts with a stoic HIP HOP BEAT and develops dramatically according to the scene with an experimental and dope track. The lyrics are written with cynical and aggressive words about the way of life and values as an idol, and SKY-HI's rap and Nissy's vocals, backed by his overwhelming skills, are highly fused together to create a problematic work that expresses a strong will.
