We are pleased to announce the details of the official resale of AnyPASS for "10th Anniversary LIVE VIEWING TOUR 2023 -Nissy Meets You-".
What is AnyPASS Official Resale?
The official resale service allows people who can no longer go to an event to give up their tickets, and people who want to go can purchase those tickets at a fixed price.
The official resale for "10th Anniversary LIVE VIEWING TOUR 2023 -Nissy Meets You-" will be through the AnyPASS STORE.
Those who are unable to make it to the event.
Simply select a ticket for a performance displayed in My Events on the "AnyPASS" smartphone application, and the ticket can be easily put up for sale. If a transaction with a potential purchaser is concluded, the ticket price will be paid from the AnyPASS STORE.

During the resale period, you can access the "AnyPASS STORE" to purchase tickets if any are on sale.

*Children over 3 years old are charged. Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge only if they are seated on their knees. (However, if a seat is required, a fee will be charged.)
Children under 3 years old will be asked to confirm their age at the time of admission, so please bring something to confirm the child's name and date of birth.

Notes on admission on the day of the event.
On the day of the event, those who do not meet the following (1) and (2) will not be allowed to enter.
For the safety of the performers, luggage will be checked upon entry.
(1) Valid "Nissy Entertainment Park" members on the day of the event
*This performance will be an event for "Nissy Entertainment Park" members only, and non-members will not be able to attend on the day of the event.
*If your membership expires before the event date, please be sure to renew your membership.
(2)On the day of the event, you must be able to bring the following [ID card] and your "Nissy Entertainment Park" membership card (either the actual membership card or digital membership card) with your membership number on it.
*Please be sure to have the appropriate identification ready by the day of the event.
*Screenshots are not allowed for digital membership cards.

☆ You will be required to show your membership card (either real or digital membership card) with your membership number on it and your ID when you enter the venue on the event day.

*Handwritten names are not acceptable. (Only the student handbook with an assigned seal with a photo is acceptable, even if the name is handwritten.)

*If the names, etc. on the identification documents do not match, admission will be denied.
If we are able to determine that the face of the person in question is clearly different from the photo on the identification document, we may refuse admission.
*Only children up to 12 years old who do not have an ID card that meets the above requirements will be allowed to enter with one item that verifies their name and date of birth. [Examples: health insurance card, resident certificate].
On the day of the event, those who do not have their membership card and ID card, or those who cannot be identified will not be admitted.
Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that you are unable to enter the venue without your membership card or ID card due to lack of identification.

How to list your items for official resale
Tickets purchased at the "Resale Reception" will be available for sale to those who have a device that can use the "AnyPASS" smartphone application and who have already issued tickets via "AnyPASS".
*Only the purchaser may list the property on the resale.
*It is not always possible to get a deal even if you list your item.
*If the resale does not go through, the tickets will automatically be returned to the customers who submitted them at "0:00 every hour after the end of resale" for each performance.
You will also be notified by e-mail at the same time.
Please check the application to confirm that your ticket has been returned even if you have not received the email due to a problem with your notification settings or domain designation.
Please note that ticket prices are non-refundable in the event that a resale is not completed.
*It may take some time for the returned ticket to be reflected in "My Events" on the app, depending on the status of the relevant ticket procedure.

(2) Exhibit tickets
Click the "Exhibit" button on the "My Events" ticket list screen.
(3) Register an account to receive ticket payment.
Please register the account to which the ticket price will be transferred when the resale is approved. The registration procedure isthis way (direction close to the speaker or towards the speaker)for more information.
If you have registered an incorrect account number and the transfer is not possible, a remittance fee (550 yen) will be deducted when you remit the funds again.
*Only the buyer himself/herself is allowed to exhibit.

(4)Agree to the terms and conditions of the exhibit and proceed to the next step.
(5) Set the number of tickets to be sold on the ticket sales screen and click the "Sell" button.
The number of items on display can be set in units of 1 piece within the number of items purchased.
When the ticket has been displayed, the message "Now on display" will be displayed on the ticket list screen in "My Events".

How to purchase resale tickets

Customers who have a device that can use the "AnyPASS" smartphone application and have already registered for use.
*Tickets purchased at the resale will be picked up via the "AnyPASS" smartphone application.
Please purchase only if both purchaser and companion have AnyPASS-enabled smartphones.

*Please bring one ticket per person to enter this performance.
If you purchase multiple tickets for the same date and time under the same name and cell phone number, one ticket will always remain in the possession of each purchaser. The remaining tickets can only be used by the purchaser.
*Please note that tickets cannot be distributed to another person other than the purchaser, nor can another person use the ticket from the purchaser's terminal, nor can another person be admitted to the venue.
(If you purchase two tickets that are listed as one ticket, both tickets will remain on hand and cannot be distributed.)

AnyPASS Electronic Ticket Requirement
The installation of the smartphone application "AnyPASS" is required.
For iOS devices, a smartphone that can use "SMS service" or "voice call" is required.
Android devices require a smartphone with "voice call" capability.
Registration for use with IP phones whose phone numbers begin with 050 or other numbers is not possible.

*Seating information is,Around 15:00 5 days before each performance dateon the AnyPASS application.
Please display the QR code and proceed to the entrance. Please note that screen shots or screen-captured QR codes will not be accepted.
Each person will be asked to display the QR code and enter the venue one by one.
The entrance will be very crowded just before the show starts. Please arrive early to allow enough time for the show.
