Here are the details regarding merchandise sales at the venue.

On each day, we will hold a pre-sale of merchandise starting at the times listed below.
Please note that the start time for advance sales is subject to change depending on how busy it is on the day of the event.
Even guests without tickets can purchase merchandise.
*Please note that the "Nissy: I Want This! I Want That Too! Capsule Toys (11 Varieties Total)" are available for purchase only to NEP members.
We will verify your membership card at the entrance to the capsule toy booth, so please be sure to bring your membership card or have your digital membership card ready to show.

*On Sunday, September 20, and Tuesday, September 22 (a holiday), when there are two performances per day,We do not allocate inventory by department.Please be aware of this in advance.
*Please note that on the final day, Wednesday, September 23 (a national holiday), merchandise sales will not be available after the performance due to cleanup operations. Please be sure to visit the merchandise booth before the performance begins.
*Please refrain from lining up late at night or early in the morning, as this causes inconvenience to people at nearby facilities.
*Please take advantage of the pre-sale as the sales area is expected to be crowded during the opening and after the show.
*Please note that merchandise sales may end earlier than scheduled if all items are sold out.

Payment for goods can be made by the following methods

Please be sure to check your change before leaving the sales floor. We will not be able to provide proof of payment after you have left the sales floor.
*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to the customer's convenience, so please check the product carefully before purchasing. (Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects.)
Please be sure to check the handling instructions on the product package as we will not exchange defective products caused by failure to follow the handling instructions.
*We will not accept any declaration of defects or claims after leaving the venue.
■Steps for Purchasing a Capsule Toy
We will set up a currency exchange booth at the entrance to the capsule toy booth.
Only those who present their NEP membership card at the currency exchange booth will be able to purchase the special coins. Please insert the special coins into the capsule toy machine and enjoy the game.
When purchasing special coins, you can use the payment methods listed above, just as you would for other merchandise. (Please rest assured that you can use payment methods other than cash.)
*Please be sure to use the special coins you purchased at the currency exchange booth.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for unused special coins, so please be aware of this in advance.
[Venue-Exclusive Capsule Toy Event]
If you purchase the “Nissy Wants This! Wants That Too! Capsule Toys (11 varieties total)” at the venue and find a “winning ticket” inside a capsule, you’ll be invited to take a Cheki photo with Nissy! (Limited to 5 people per performance.)
*Winners will be required to present their membership card at the NEP booth for identity verification. You must also have a wristband applied on the spot. If we are unable to verify your identity using your membership card or registration information, or if we cannot confirm that you are wearing the wristband, your winning entry will be invalidated.
*Transferring or reselling winning tickets is prohibited. If such transfer or resale is discovered, the winning entry will be invalidated.
