Report on the use of donations made to the "2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake Emergency Relief Fund" donation box

On March 9 and 10, we delivered the many warm wishes of our fans to the "2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake Emergency Relief Donation Box" at the "10th Anniversary LIVE VIEWING TOUR 2023 -Nissy Meets You-" event site.

Recovery will take a long time.
As for the donations we received from you this time,
We do not use it only for one time relief supplies, but listen to the voices of the local people in the daily changing situation,
We will provide support that meets your needs on a long-term basis.

In order to meet the needs of the local community, we asked for the cooperation of a local disaster relief NGO, Yui, to provide us with detailed information on the current situation and what we should be doing now.

Many people are still living in evacuation centers.
So far, there has been support for soup kitchens by support groups and restaurants in and out of the prefecture,
Two months have passed since the earthquake, and offers of assistance have dwindled,
He said that since March, there have been noticeably more days when there are no cookouts scheduled.

Recently, more and more residents affected by the disaster have started to cook for themselves,
We heard that many of them were exhausted from the heavy burden of the disaster, so we delivered supplies, massaged the local people by the trainers who accompanied us on the tour, and provided food for the people in the area.

I heard that the evacuation center we visited on the 9th was finally watered on the 9th.
Finally, more than two months after the disaster.

However, even though the water had been filtered through, it was not yet usable as drinking water.

Among other areas with running water, there are people who are still unable to take a bath more than two months after the earthquake because water distribution pipes have failed as a result of the earthquake, and as a result, water is not available.

Such a situation continues to this day.

And to those who would like to volunteer or provide support in the future after reading this post.
If you have any questions, please do not contact local people by phone or other means. Before you go, please check the Internet or other sources for the latest information and volunteer participation procedures, and make sure you have volunteer insurance before you go.

If you are unable to go to the site and would like to provide material support,
Volunteer organizations may have a list of supplies that are currently needed in the area on their websites.
Amazon's wish list is also posted on the website of Yui, the disaster relief NGO that helped us this time.

Please do not send more than the required number of items listed.
Since needs change on a daily basis, delivering more than the required number of items can overwhelm local storage space.

My information is only available until March 10, 2024.
The situation changes from day to day, so please be sure to check the latest information before acting.

We pray from the bottom of our hearts that those affected by the disaster will be able to spend their days in good health as soon as possible.

*The videos posted on this website were filmed with permission of the photographer.
*We also work in approved attire.

Nissy.

This time, we were allowed to visit the gate town of Wajima, Ishikawa Prefecture.
We were allowed to go to Monzenmachi because it is a difficult place to reach even within Wajima City, making it difficult for aid and supplies to reach the area and making it less accessible.

Relief supplies ]
Clothing (socks)
There are still many places where water is not available and it is not easy to do laundry,
We heard that many people wear the same socks all the time and wanted new socks.

Clothing (sweat pants)
As for sweatshirts, I have enough trainers (top),
We were told that there was a shortage of trousers and we delivered them to you.

They need large sizes (L and XL) so that they can be easily taken off and put on in welfare facilities.
We were also told that larger sizes such as 2XL and 3XL were insufficient for both top and bottom.

Drinking water (PET bottle 550ml)
We were told that small children and elderly people want 500ml size because 2L is too heavy for them.

Soaps (additive-free)
Because the sewage system has not been restored, wastewater from washing and bathing goes directly to the sea/river,
We were asked if we wanted something environmentally friendly and additive-free.

Soap toothpaste
We asked for toothpaste for the temporary bathrooms and delivered it.

Retort pouch food/Vitamin and vegetable beverages
We were told that since food and nutrition are unbalanced in evacuation living, vitamin-vegetable drinks and a wide variety of retort pouch foods were wanted.

Foods for a soup kitchen

Donuts
